2. Advance Payments
Advance payments made for project initiation are generally non-refundable once project work has started.
This includes activities such as:

- Planning
- Design work

- Project resource allocation
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet started.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before substantial work has been completed.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period.
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project work has started.
- Delays caused by the client.
- Failure to provide required content or information.
- Requests for additional features outside the agreed scope.
- Project cancellation by the client after development has begun.
- Third-party service costs such as domain registration, hosting, software licenses, API subscriptions, or other external services.
5. Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
- Any remaining balance may be adjusted based on completed work.
- Advance payments may not be refunded.
6. Maintenance & Subscription Services
For recurring maintenance, support, hosting, or subscription-based services:
- Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
- Service cancellation may prevent future billing but does not guarantee refunds for previous payments.
7. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.
